2. General Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy:
All purchases made on Study by MasteringBDS.com are final and non-refundable.
This includes—

One-time purchases
Subscriptions
Downloadable materials
Paid add-ons or upgrades

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will not be entertained under any circumstances, except those mandated by Indian law (see Section 3).

This policy is clearly displayed on the checkout page and must be accepted before payment.

3. Exceptions Permitted by Law

Refunds may only be considered under these limited exceptions, as required by Indian e-commerce and consumer-protection laws:

Duplicate Transaction: If the same order amount is charged more than once due to a technical error.
Unauthorized/Fraudulent Payment: If a payment is proven to be made without the account holder’s consent.

4. Cancellation Policy

Digital purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
Auto-renewal subscriptions (if any) can be turned off in account settings to stop future billing.
Cancellation of renewal does not generate a refund for the ongoing cycle.

5. Chargeback Handling

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting our support first, the account may be temporarily suspended until resolution.
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, access may be reinstated and the chargeback amount recovered.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful payment, users receive instant access to purchased materials through their dashboard.
Access logs serve as proof of delivery. Download or access by the user constitutes “service rendered” under this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

User’s inability to access content due to internet or device issues.
Failure to meet personal expectations of exam results.
Errors in content beyond reasonable academic accuracy.

Our maximum liability, in any valid refund case, shall not exceed the original payment amount.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Churu, Rajasthan, subject to statutory consumer-forum rights.
